- Be transparent. Tell people you may earn a commission if they enroll through your link.
- Share honestly. Speak from your experience. Do not invent testimonials, qualifications, results or guaranteed income.
- Respect consent. No spam, scraped mailing lists, unwanted messages or pressure tactics.
- Make it relevant. Share with people who are interested, in places where promotion is allowed.
- Protect trust. Represent the courses, prices, discounts and access terms accurately.
Before you begin
A few clear answers.
What does 50% commission apply to?
For qualifying attributed NEU offers, you earn 50% on eligible payments actually collected: one-time purchases, installments and recurring subscription payments. Discounts reduce the commissionable amount. Refunded or reversed payments are not commissionable. Check your affiliate portal and the current program terms for the offers available to your account.
Do I earn on recurring subscription payments?
Yes. When a qualifying subscription is attributed to your referral, the program pays 50% on each qualifying recurring payment for as long as that referred customer remains subscribed. This does not mean every future purchase by that person is attributed to you.
How long does the initial tracking last?
The initial referral uses a 30-day tracking cookie. A person needs to use your personal affiliate link so an eligible purchase can be attributed within that window. Cookie blocking, different devices and other attribution conditions can affect tracking. The 30-day initial attribution window is separate from ongoing commission on a qualifying referred subscription; it is not a lifetime tracking cookie.
How does the customer discount work?
The program’s native customer discount gives the referred customer 10% off the first eligible payment. It does not promise 10% off every subscription renewal or installment. Use the links and discount instructions provided in your affiliate account, and check that the offer qualifies before advertising a discount.
Do I need a large audience?
No particular audience size is required to create an affiliate account. What matters is relevance, trust and responsible sharing. Sales, earnings and a specific level of income are not guaranteed.
Where can I see my links and commission information?
Sign in to your affiliate portal for your account’s links and reporting. Contact [email protected] for current payout arrangements or a question about an attributed sale.
Is this the same as selling my own products through NEU?
No. This page describes the general NEU affiliate referral program. The Creator Collective’s separate arrangement for selling a creator’s own products or services has its own review, terms and 70% creator / 30% NEU net-proceeds split. Existing individual written affiliate agreements remain separate from this general program.

Commission is subject to offer eligibility, valid attribution and the applicable program or individual agreement. Only qualifying collected payments are eligible; discounts, refunds and reversals affect commissions. Sharing an affiliate link does not guarantee a sale or income. This page does not establish a payout date, threshold or automated payment method. Questions: [email protected].
